Please review the operational rules, agreements, and legal structures that govern your usage of the JaldiKero food and grocery delivery network.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, registering, or placing any order via the JaldiKero application or web portal, you certify that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. These terms define a binding legal agreement between you (the platform user) and Jaldikero Operations.

We reserve the right to modify these operational guidelines at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted to this page. Continued usage of our system confirms your acceptance of any amended terms.

2. Account & Registration

To order or sell via the platform, you must establish an active account node. You guarantee that all details supplied (name, phone coordinate, billing addresses) are fully accurate.

You are solely responsible for protecting your account credentials. You must instantly inform us of any suspicious logins or credential leaks. We are not liable for losses due to unauthorized access to your portal profile.

3. Orders & Payments

JaldiKero acts as an operational facilitator connecting you with culinary partners and delivery dispatch resources. All pricing displayed in the menu lists is set in agreement with our partner merchants.

  • Payment Modes: Cash on Delivery (COD) and approved digital card integrations.
  • Tax & Fees: Total checkouts include relevant localized provincial sales taxes, dynamic rider service fees, and container charges where applicable.

4. Delivery & Fulfillment

Our core promise is rapid, minute-level fulfillment. However, delivery transit times are estimates influenced by traffic, preparation delays, and extreme weather nodes.

You must guarantee your presence or provide a clear drop-off node at the stated location during the delivery window. If a rider is unable to locate you after making reasonable contact attempts, the order may be cancelled, and you may still be billed for the transaction.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Once a restaurant or grocery partner accepts an order, prep begins immediately, and cancellations are generally not allowed.

Refund Claims Window

Refund claims due to missing items, spilled containers, or massive preparation errors must be submitted to Partner Support within two (2) hours of the order arrival timestamp, accompanied by receipt records.

6. User & Rider Conduct

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for verbal abuse, harassment, or threats targeted at our dispatch staff, partner merchants, or delivery riders. Any user violating this conduct framework will be permanently banned from the JaldiKero network, and active accounts will be liquidated instantly.
