Order Matching & Dispatch

To connect your request with the closest merchant partner and coordinate optimal route mapping for our rider fleet.

To update you on order status changes, provide chat channels with your rider, and resolve any fulfillment inquiries.

JaldiKero does not lease, sell, or trade personal consumer records to third-party marketing firms. Information is shared strictly under these operational scopes:

  • With Merchant Partners: The preparing restaurant or grocery department receives your order specifics, name, and notes to prepare items accurately.
  • With Active Fleet Riders: Assigned riders receive your delivery address, recipient phone number, drop-off guidelines, and real-time location to complete the physical transit node.

5. Security & Retention

All account coordinates, passwords, and billing logs are encrypted utilizing transport-level security (TLS) and industry-grade storage mechanisms. We retain transactional files as required to satisfy tax guidelines and audit constraints, deleting or anonymizing analytical parameters when they are no longer necessary for service delivery.
